专利说明:

The present invention relates to a drawer pull-out guide, comprising: a carcass rail to be fastened to a furniture carcass, at least one pull-out rail which is displaceably mounted relative to the carcass rail between a closed position and an open position, at least one rolling element and at least one support body a movement of the pull-out rail along a catwalk of the carcass rail and a running surface of the pull-out rail are movably mounted.
Furthermore, the invention relates to an arrangement with a drawer pull-out of the type to be described and with a drawer, which is movably supported by the drawer extension guide in the mounting position relative to a furniture body.
In such drawer extension guides, the load of the drawer is transmitted via rolling elements which are exposed to different loading conditions. At a longer standstill of the drawer in its closed position namely the foremost rolling elements - not least because of the considerable weight of a drawer front panel - most heavily loaded, which over time can lead to circumferential deformation or flattening or even to a break of the rolling elements. By this mechanical stress of the rolling elements, the running behavior and thus the functionality of the drawer pull-out can be adversely affected and thus the lifetime can be shortened.
A measure for avoiding such flattening of rolling elements is described in EP 2 079 342 B1 of the Applicant. Here, a movable between the rails carriage is provided with a rolling element group, wherein at a front arm of the carriage - spaced from the rolling element group - at least one further load-transmitting element is mounted. In the closed state of the pull-out rail, the load of the drawer is absorbed by this load-transmitting element, so that in the closed position, the rolling element group is largely relieved and thus protected from deformation. In an open position of the pull-out rail, however, the load-transmitting element is moved over the front end of a rail of the drawer pull-out guide, the load of the pull-out rail being received by the rolling element group. However, even in the closed position of the pull-out rail, the rolling element group is partially loaded, which can lead to a deformation of the rolling elements. Also, the construction of the carriage shown there is a special form, which is relatively bulky and associated with increased costs in the production.
Object of the present invention is to provide a drawer extension of the type mentioned above while avoiding the above drawbacks.
This is achieved by the features of claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent subclaims.
According to the invention, it is thus provided that the catwalk of the carcass rail and / or the running surface of the pull-out rail has an open position in which the at least one rolling element is received in the closed position of the pull-out rail and thereby relieved of the load of the pull-out rail and in the closed position Pull-out the load of the pull-out of the at least one support body is received.
In other words, in the closed position, the at least one rolling element is received within the release of a rail and thus relieved of the load of the pull-out, while the at least one support body is outside of this release and thereby absorbs the load of the pull-out rail. The at least one rolling element, which is in the closed position of the pull-out rail within the release position, is not subjected to any weight force and therefore also to any premature wear in this position.
It is irrelevant whether the arranged outside the exemption support body is loaded by the weight of the drawer located in the closed position and thereby deformed or not, because this support body in an open position of the puller no longer occurs as a rolling on a catwalk rolling elements in action and thus has no influence on the running behavior of the drawer extension guide.
The advantage of this design is thus initially in a clear separation of functions of the dynamic rolling elements (which roll when moving the pull-out along a catwalk of the rails) and the static support body (which take in the closed position of the pull-out the load of the drawer). In addition, in comparison to the design according to EP 2 079 342 B1, shorter and more cost-effective designs of carriages can also be used. In particular, standard carriages are easily used, which must be provided with no additional components.
Preferably, the at least one rolling element and the at least one support body are made of a plastic material. If necessary - for example, at a considerable load by heavy drawer front panels - the at least one support body may also be formed of steel.
According to one embodiment of the invention, two or more rolling elements may be provided, which are received in the closed position of the pull-out in the exemption. Preferably, it is provided that at least two of the two or more rolling elements have a different diameter. In this case, a stepped design of the diameter of the rolling elements can be provided, namely to the effect that the diameter of the rolling elements toward the front end of the pull-out towards-preferably monotonously-decreases. This has the particular advantage that the weight forces can be evenly distributed to the differently sized rolling elements at a pull-out rail in the extended state and under load (namely, when the front end of the pull-out rail bends downwards).
In a two-part rail system, said pull-out rail may be formed as a drawer rail to be connected to the drawer. In a three-part rail system, which allows a full extension of a drawer relative to the end face of the furniture body, the said pull-out rail may be formed as a drawer rail and / or as a middle rail.
The at least one support body may also be formed as a rolling body according to an embodiment. However, it is not absolutely necessary for the support body to roll on a catwalk of a rail during a movement of the pull-out rail.
Further details and advantages of the subject invention will be explained with reference to the embodiments shown in the figures. It shows or show:

1 shows a perspective view of a piece of furniture 1 with drawers 3, which are movably mounted by means of drawer pull-out guides 4 relative to a furniture carcass 2. The drawer pull-out guide 4 is formed in the embodiment shown as a full extension with a three-part rail system, ie provided a to be fixed to the furniture body 2 carcass rail 5, to be attached to the drawer 3 drawer rail 7 and a movably mounted between the carcass rail 5 and the drawer rail 7 center rail 6 are. For movable mounting of the rails 5, 6, 7 to each other (not shown here) rolling elements (reference numerals 18a-18e and 20 in Fig. 4a) are provided, which can be stored in or on a movable between the rails 5, 6, 7 trolley , However, the invention is also applicable in combination with axle-mounted rolling elements. The drawer extension guide 4 is in the figure shown in the fully open position, wherein those rolling elements 18a, 18b, which are located in the vicinity of the front end 9 of the drawer rail 7, are considerably burdened by the load of the drawer front panel 8 in the direction of the arrow 10 , Especially when the drawer 3 is over a longer period in the full closed position. This load can lead to deformations or breakage of the - in particular foremost - rolling elements 18a, 18b, which would no longer ensure the functionality of the drawer pull-out guide 4.
Fig. 2 shows the drawer extension guide 4 in a perspective view. The carcass rail 5 is to be mounted on the furniture body 2 via a fixing portion 11, while the drawer rail 7 is connectable to the drawer 3.
Between the stationary carcass rail 5 and the drawer rail 7, a movable center rail 6 is mounted, whereby a full extension of the drawer 3 relative to the furniture body 2 is possible. The drawer rail 7 is provided with a fastening device 12 with an adjustable pin 13, wherein by an adjustment of the pin 13 (which can be arranged in a bore of the drawer rear wall), the rear end portion of the drawer 3 is raised and lowered. In this way, the inclination of the front panel 8 (FIG. 1) relative to the furniture body 2 is adjustable. By an adjusting device 14 with a height-adjustable stop 15, the height of the front panel 8 is adjustable in mounting position. Furthermore, the drawer pull-out guide 4 comprises a spring-assisted collection device 16, by means of which the drawer rail 7 (and thus the drawer 3) can be retracted into the fully closed end position by spring force towards the end of the closing movement.
Evident is formed on the drawer rail 7 exemption 17a in the form of a mounting position pointing upwards and haptic recognizable embossing, which is provided in the closed position of the drawer rail 7 to relieve between the rails 5, 6, 7 mounted rolling elements 18a. This release 17a has a substantially flat bottom 25, wherein the rolling elements 18a are movable over at least one slope 26a, 26b in the exemption 17a. In this way, the rolling elements 18a without a disturbing abutting edge in the exemption 17a in or out movable. The drawer rail 7 has a horizontal web 7a with a width (D), wherein the width (d) of the release 17a is smaller than the width (D) of the horizontal web 7a of the drawer rail 7. In this way it is avoided that the drawer rail 7 is locally weakened by the attachment of the exemption 17a. The release 17a is located in the embodiment shown in the foremost third of the length of the drawer rail. 7
FIG. 3 shows the drawer pull-out guide 4 in the complete closed position according to FIG. 2 in a perspective section. Between the middle rail 6 and the drawer rail 7, at least one rolling element 18a (four rolling elements 18a in the present case) is mounted, which can be rolled along a running surface 23a of the drawer rail 7 extending in the longitudinal direction of the drawer rail 7. The rolling elements 18a are received in the closed position in an exemption 17a of the drawer rail 7 and are thereby relieved of the load of the drawer rail 7. In addition, between the middle rail 6 and the drawer rail 7 at least one support body 19a (in the present case two support body 19a) is mounted, which receives the load of the drawer 3 in the closed position of the drawer rail 7. In the embodiment shown, the two support bodies 19a are also formed as rolling elements. The rolling elements 18a located in the release position 17a are therefore spaced apart in the closed position of the drawer rail 7 from the running surface 23a of the drawer rail 7 and therefore also not subjected to any vertical forces which could lead to deformation or breakage of the rolling elements 18a. In the closed position of the drawer rail 7, the weight is absorbed by the support bodies 19a and 19c, which are located on the left and right of the rolling elements 18a. Moreover, in the illustrated embodiment, the catwalk 22 of the carcass rail 5 is provided with an exemption 17b. This release 17b may-just as the release 17a-be designed as a recess or recess formed in the carcass rail 5, which receive the rolling elements 18b (which are mounted between the carcass rail 5 and the center rail 6) in the closed position. In this way, the rolling elements 18b are relieved in the closed position of the load of the drawer 3 and protected from deformation, the load is absorbed by the Abstützkörpern 19b.
Below the rolling elements 18b are still at least two rolling elements 18c, which come to rest on the underside of the catwalk 22 of the carcass rail 5. It is preferably provided that the rolling elements 18c resting against the underside of the catwalk 22 are arranged together with the rolling elements 18b and the rolling elements 18d and 18e spaced therefrom in a common carriage. In the rear end, there is still a separate carriage, which is provided for receiving the rolling elements 20. These rolling elements 20 are mounted between the middle rail 6 and the drawer rail 7.
Fig. 4a shows the drawer extension guide 4 in a cross section. The carcass rail 5 has a catwalk 22, the middle rail 6 a tread 23b and the drawer rail 7 a tread 23a along which the various rolling elements 18a-18e can proceed, the rolling elements 18a and 18b in the closed position of the drawer extension guide 4 respectively by the arrangement an exemption 17a, 17b are relieved. The weight is absorbed in the closed position by Abstützkörpem 19 a, 19 b, 19 c.
4b shows the area framed in FIG. 4a in an enlarged view. The catwalk 22 of the carcass rail 5 has a trough-shaped exemption 17b, in which, in the closed position of the drawer extension guide 4, the rolling elements 18b are received and thus relieved of the occurring weight force. In the lower level, the load is received by the front support bodies 19b. The release 17a is formed in the tread 23a of the drawer rail 7. In the upper level, the load is received by the support bodies 19a, 19c. It would also be possible to form an exemption 17a, 17b in the upper or lower running surface 23b of the middle rail 6 to relieve the rolling bodies 18a, 18b, whereby they can be relieved in the closed position of the drawer pull-out guide 4. According to one embodiment, it can be provided that at least two of the two or more rolling bodies 18a, 18b have a different diameter. It may be advantageous if the diameter of the rolling elements 18a, 18b monotonically decreases towards the front end 9 of the pull-out rails 6, 7, whereby the weight is distributed evenly in an open position of the drawer extension guide 4 on the rolling elements 18a, 18b. In this sense, it is also advantageous if the diameter of the support body 19a, 19b, 19c is smaller than the diameter of the rolling elements 18a, 18b. In the figure shown, two or more support bodies 19a, 19b, 19c are provided, which are in the closed position of the drawer pull-out guide 4 outside the exemptions 17a, 17b and thereby absorb the load of the drawer 3. The support bodies 19a, 19b, 19c can each have a same diameter. According to an alternative embodiment, however, the diameter of the support bodies 19a, 19b may also decrease monotonically in the direction of the front end of the drawer pull-out guide 4, whereby in each case the foremost support body 19a, 19b is smaller than the other support bodies 19a, 19c.
5a-5c show in a highly schematized manner the course of the opening process of the drawer pull-out guide 4. In the fully closed position according to FIG. 5a, both the upper rolling elements 18a and the lower rolling elements 18b are each in an exemption 17a and 17b, wherein the exemption 17a in FIG one
Running surface 23a of the drawer rail 7 and the exemption 17b is formed in a catwalk 22 of the carcass rail 5. In this way, the rolling elements 18 a and 18 b are relieved of the load of the drawer 3. In the closed position, the load rests on the lower and upper Abstützkörpern 19a, 19b, 19c, which are outside the exemptions 17a, 17b. If now the drawer rail 7 is moved by a person in the withdrawal direction 24, the rolling elements 18a and the rolling elements 18b are successively moved out of their respective free position 17a, 17b (FIG. 5b) and loaded by the drawer rail 7. Instead of the support members 19a, 19b, 19c so now the rolling elements 18a, 18b cooperate with the catwalk 22 of the carcass rail 5 and with the tread 23a of the drawer rail 7, which is apparent from Fig. 5c. In Fig. 5c can also be seen that the drawer rail 7 is located by the choice of Wälzkörperdurchmesser in a slight tilt, so that the front end 9 of the drawer rail 7 facing upward. However, this skew is compensated by the load on the drawer 3, so that the drawer 3 can ultimately move in an open position in an (ideal) horizontal plane. In addition, the inclined position of the drawer rail 7 improves the meshing of the rolling elements 18a, 18b when closing the drawer 3. The diameter of the rolling elements 18a, 18b and the diameter of the support body 19a, 19b can decrease toward the front end 9 of the drawer rail 7 out. The exemptions 17a, 17b each have a substantially flat bottom 25 and bevels 26a, 26b (FIG. 5c), whereby the rolling elements 18a, 18b can reach the clearances 17a, 17b without a disturbing edge and with little effort.
6a-6c schematically show a further embodiment of a drawer pull-out guide 4, wherein an exemption 17c in the form of an opening or recess in the running surface 23b of the middle rail 6 is formed. In the closed position shown in FIG. 6a, the rolling elements 18a are within the free position 17c of the middle rail 6 and are consequently relieved of the load of the drawer rail 7. In the closed position, the load of the drawer rail 7 is received by the support bodies 19a, 19c. By the exemption 17c but also the lower rolling elements 18b are relieved, while the load is received in this floor of the lower Abstützkörpern 19b. During a movement of the drawer rail 7 in the pull-out direction 24, the middle rail 6 is first raised by the interaction of a rolling element 18a with the middle rail 6, wherein the lower support body 19b are relieved. In a continued movement of the drawer rail 7 in pull-out 24 (Fig. 6c), the support body 19a and 19c are relieved, since the drawer rail 7 now rests on the rear rolling elements 20 and on the rolling elements 18a with a larger diameter. The drawer rail 7 is thus set slightly inclined in an open position, wherein the front end of the drawer rail 7 points upward. However, this skew of the drawer rail 7 is compensated by the load, so that the drawer rail 7 is substantially horizontally displaceable over the entire path of movement.
The rolling elements used are preferably arranged in a carriage cage, in which they are held at a predetermined distance from each other. The rolling elements may also have different shapes, for example in the form of balls, cylindrical rollers, discs, needles, tapered rollers or tons.
